Baekam Hot Spring is a colorless and odorless hot spring water with temperature of 53℃, that is suitable for enjoying hot spring baths as well as various beneficial ingredients such as sodium, fluorine, and calcium and has excellent effects on chronic dermatitis, endometritis, women's disease, paralysis, arteriosclerosis. We can acknowledge long history and effect of Baekam hot springs from literature that says "Panjungchubusa Ki Ja-Hun requests to take a bath in 'Five skies of the land Pyeonghae' for his cure for nervous disorders during the Gwanghaegun of Joseon 1610, and Gwanhaegun sents him a horse and a break, with a word "have a good trip." Tonggosan Recreational Forest is a recreational forest located in Tonggosan [1,066m], a range of Taebaek mountain ranges, it is in a deep mountain of 500m above sea level, and the forest is dense, especially in mid-October, the maple leaves are spectacular. Located at the top of the Buryeongsa valley, you can see the valley that runs along the trail, about 10 km from the entrance to the summit.

Tonggosan is ecologically harmonious with Geumgang pines and local hardwoods.
